Anna Markovits

Founder & Lead Consultant

Anna has a background in people management and development, including more than 15 years’ experience in various learning and development management and consulting roles.  She worked in HR and L&D roles in central government, the music industry, a law firm and a training company before becoming an independent consultant. Anna has a passion to help organisations and the people within them to continually develop and improve to maximise their potential.   An insightful and results-driven coach, facilitator and MBTI practitioner, Anna is experienced in working with people at all levels including senior leaders.

Anna has experience of designing and delivering leadership and management programmes, designed to introduce and support organisational cultural change and develop behaviours. She is particularly interested in leadership and management capability, facilitation, organisational culture and organisation development.

As a coach, Anna helps her clients to achieve performance outcomes by spending time exploring their real goals. She will question and listen, and where relevant may add content if her clients want it and will benefit from it. Anna is supportive yet challenging to help her clients reach their goals and achieve successful results. Anna believes coaching is key to developing high performance and unlocking individual potential.
